Function of active ingredient

Chlorogenic acid

Broad spectrum antibacterial: especially towards gram-positive bacterium, like staphylococcus aureus
Antiviral function: stop the duplication of virus by restrain the activity of neuraminidase
Antioxidant: contain amount of R-OH which can restrain free radicals, release hydroxyl radicals and superoxide anion free radicals , improve the activity of endogenous antioxidant enzymes.

Polysaccharide

Improve specific-immunity, active T cell and lymphocyte B cell;
Increase the breading of beneficial bacterium , as polysaccharide can the food of them

in intestine.

Release hydroxyl radicals and superoxide anion free radicals

Flavonoid

Improve antioxidant ability by releasing hydroxyl radicals and superoxide anion free radicals
As one plant estrogenic , Flavonoid can improve the reproduction performance.

Mechanism

1. Broad-spectrum bacteriostasis

There is a significant inbibitional effect for a variety of bacteria by combined action of Chlorogenic acid, flavonoids and other compound. Vitro antibacterial test results show that minimum inhibitory concentration (mic) of staphylococcus aureus, beta streptococcus is 0.0625g/ml; For minimal inhibitory concentrations (mic) of escherichia coli, salmonella typhi were 0.5g/ml and 0.25g/ml, mechanism for noncompetitive inhibition of bacteria arylamine acetyltransferase, so that the arylamine in the bacterium body is accumulated, the metabolism of bacteria is disorder, then the bacteria can't normal growth and reproduction.

2. Antioxidation, eliminate the free radical

Chlorogenic acid is an effective phenolic antioxidant, its antioxidant capacity is better than coffeic acid, para hydroxy benzoic acid, ferulic acid, syringic acid, butyl hydroxy anisol (BHA) and tocopherol. Mechanism is that Catechol Hydroxyl structure in Chlorogenic acid which can increase the electron cloud density on the hydroxyl group, and also can form intramolecular hydrogen bond to reduce bond energy of O-H, Phenolic hydroxyl group on the hydrogen reaction is easy to occur which means to have strong antioxidant capacity.

3. Protecting liver and gallbladder

From the animal experiment, Chlorogenic acid has obvious protection functions on the liver injury that caused by Carbon tetrachloride (CCl4), acetaminophen and Cadmium, lower the severity of the liver pathological damage obviously which reduced the number of necrosis or rate of necrosis occurred.

Mechanism:

Firstly, by inhibiting cytochrome P-450 drug enzyme metabolic system, induce of glucuronic acid of liver combine desmoenzyme activity, strengthen the combined metabolism of acetaminophen glucuronic acid which can enhance the detoxification metabolism of the acetaminophen in the body, reduce acetaminophen toxic metabolites;

Secondly, induce liver to combine plenty of metal thiol protein(MT) , the MT can combine Cadmium, which can reduce Cadmium distribution of macromolecular protein in nucleus, mitochondria, microsome and cytoplasm, thus reducing cadmium toxicity of liver cell;

Thirdly, can promote bile secretion, accelerate the excretion of toxins.

4. Stimulate the gastrointestinal digestion system

Significantly increase on pharmacological effects in gastrointestinal peristalsis and promoting the gastric secretion, which can improve the animal digestion and nutrients absorption, improve the utilization rate of nutrients, then promote animal growth, improve the production performance.

Functions of products

Prevent and treat disease, it can kill staphylococcus aureus, streptococcus, Coli, some parasites and virus, prevent and treat some acute gastrointestinal bacterial disease and coccidiosis.
Antibacterial and anti-virus function , replace part of antibiotics , like bacitracin zinc and flavomycin.
Endogenous antioxidant, eliminate the free radicals,improve immunity and enhance body resistance.
Stimulate the gastrointestinal digestion system, improve digestion, promote feed intake, stimulate the secretion of bile and pancreatic fluid, enhance the activity of digestive enzyme.

5. Improve muscle strength, decrease muscle fiber roughness and body fat content, to improve the flavor and water holding capacity of meat.

6. Protect the liver and gallbladder

Application and dosage

This product is suitable for pig, recommended dosage as follow:

For sow

1.Improve the reproductive performance and increase birth weight for piglets, lactation yield can be increased 10%.

2.Promote the intestine health of sow and prevent prenatal constipation.

For weaned piglets

1.Improve the growth performance, reduce the diarrhea, diarrhea rate can be decreased by 8--10%, reduce the reflection of weaning stress ;

2. Improve the health condition and uniformity of newborns.
